An Uber driver fell down while he was riding a feminine care vehicle in the country’s capital, Delhi, on Sunday.
The driver, who was in his 50s, suffered a minor injury to his head.
He was taken to a hospital, where he was declared in a critical condition.
A spokesperson for the Delhi Metropolitan Region Health Department said a man fell down in the car and was taken there for treatment.
The incident comes amid the growing trend for men to use feminine care products and services in India, as they are expected to be the primary care provider of the country.
The popularity of feminine care in India is said to be driven by a number of factors, including the fact that the country has one of the highest female participation rates among developed countries.
